The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (M–F). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Most of our packages are shipped via FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO's.
SHIPPING COSTS
Ground shipping costs $35 for addresses within the contiguous U.S. and takes 5–8 business days for delivery.
Expedited shipping costs $150 for addresses within the contiguous U.S. and takes 1–2 business days for delivery.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
TBC Occasions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
