  • Our dresses start around $350 and top off around $1,500, with the average price being around $450. Our pageant and couture gowns range from $1,500 to $10,000.
  • TBC Occasions is the only store in Colorado to carry AMARRA, Johnathan Kayne, Sydney's Closet, Sherri Hill Couture, and Jovani Couture.
  • Yes, you can take photos of the special occasion dresses when you try them on. Please remember to tag us in any photos you take – we love to re-share content that our shoppers create!
  • We have a limited number of alterations appointments, and they are based on availability. If we are unable to accommodate your needs, we have a variety of trusted seamstresses that we can provide.
  • When ordering a dress, we recommend that you order the size that accommodates your current weight. Taking a dress in is easier than letting it out. If you have specific questions, please call and ask to speak to one of our seamstresses.
  • All special order dresses are final sales. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on special order items.
  • If you would like to make an appointment, please call our shop at 720-493-9454.
  • Appointments can be made Monday through Friday, but we also accept walk-ins Monday through Saturday. Certain times of the year, such as during prom season, are very busy. Wait times for walk-ins can be longer than usual. Monday through Friday appointments are helpful during these busier seasons.
  • Every TBC Occasions customer will work directly with one of our knowledgeable special occasions stylists. Whether you're looking for a dress for a pageant, prom, homecoming, mother of the bride/groom, flower girl, or a special event, our dedicated special occasions team will help you find exactly what you envision for your formal event. Together, you and your consultant will browse our large selection of dresses to find the right fit and complete your look with accessories.

 

  • Appointments typically range between one hour and 90 minutes.
  • No payment is required to schedule an appointment, and there is not a cancellation fee.
  • Yes. Please call 720-493-9454 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • If you would like to know if a dress you saw online is available in our store, you can click the "In Store" toggle on the far left menu. You can also call the store at 720-493-9454, and we can check our inventory.
  • In-store dresses or special orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using cash or credit card. If you purchase a dress online, we offer Afterpay and utilize an individualized payment plan.
  • For in-store purchases and special orders completed in person, you must pay in full.
  • We offer a 15% military discount.
  • Afterpay is only available with online orders.
  • Yes, we can ship your dress out of state.
  • Ground shipping costs $35 for addresses within the contiguous U.S. and takes 5–8 business days for delivery.
  • Expedited shipping costs $150 for addresses within the contiguous U.S. and takes 1–2 business days for delivery.
  • TBC Occasions is not responsible for any customization costs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

  • You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has shipped from our store.
  • You will also receive updates from FedEx.
  • Your order will be placed in a plastic garment bag and will arrive in a shipping box.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Ship dates vary based on the dress designer. If you choose drop shipping directly from the designer, the ship date will populate at the time of purchase. This ship date is at the discretion of the designer.
  • If you purchase a dress from our store's inventory, your order is processed between 3 and 5 business days (M–F). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order.
