If you are unhappy with your unworn, packaged, and tagged item(s) for any reason,
you may return it in accordance with our Refund Policy below.
We offer two refund options for online orders:
- You can return your item(s) for an online merchandise credit in the full amount OR
- You can return your item(s) for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. You must request a return within five (5) days of the delivery of your order. To do so, please email email@example.com with the name of the order, the order number, and a brief description of the reason for return. Please note that the original shipping charge will not be refunded, as this is a service that was already provided. The 25% restocking fee includes the cost to ship any item(s) back to TBC Occasions.
- TBC Occasions will only accept returns of item(s) purchased on www.tbcoccasions.com. We cannot accept returns on items that were purchased in-store.
- All items returned to www.tbcoccasions.com must be in re-saleable condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Any item that is returned and is not in its original condition or appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or changed in any way will not be refunded. Items returned that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer, without a refund. TBC Occasions reserves the exclusive right of final judgment to determine whether an item meets the aforementioned standards.
- Discounted and sale items are not eligible for a return.
- If there are quality issues with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of the delivery of your order.
- TBC Occasions reserves the right to make final judgment on all returns and exchanges.
To initiate a return, please take the following steps:
- You must request a return within five (5) days of the delivery of your order. To do so, please e-mail email@example.com with the name on the order, the order number, and a brief description of reason for return.
- You will receive a reply with instructions on how to prepare your return. You will receive a separate e-mail with a return shipping label.
- Please note that your order must be received by the carrier within three (3) days of when we provide the return shipping label. Any returns received by the carrier after three (3) days will not be accepted.
- We will notify you via e-mail when we receive your return and process it. Typically, returns are processed and refunds are issued within five (5) business days. If you have any questions regarding the return process, or if you need a copy of your order confirmation, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
THE FINE PRINT
Merchandise credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise. A merchandise credit cannot be used towards shipping costs. Balances on merchandise credits are not redeemable for cash. Any returns on orders using promo codes will void promo code.
