The TBC Squad, now TBC Influencer Team, is an annual program consisting of a diverse group of local high school juniors and seniors who live and breathe for the TBC Occasions brand and for the fashion industry. TBC Influencers become ambassadors for our shop, working closely with both the TBC Occasions team and our customers. We focus on creating a fun and educational experience for the Influencer Team where they can learn influencer, marketing, retail, and merchandising skills while gaining confidence and growing in a supportive community.

TBC Influencers play an integral role at TBC Occasions, including helping spread brand awareness, creating innovative content for social media marketing, and learning retail/merchandising. They are the face of our marketing efforts. The TBC Influencer Team also works alongside our stylist team, learning valuable retail skills, and interacting with a diverse range of individuals.

TBC Influencer Team members receive exclusive incentives, which include first access to the newest dress arrivals, a professional photoshoot with hair and makeup, and the opportunity to earn scholarship money to further their academic careers.
